Her article “I Have IC, But IC Doesn’t Have Me” shares her story, her struggle to do the things that she loves in her life and a potentially difficult decision about having her bladder removed. She wrote “We cry out our pain, we hold fast to our faith in God, we pray for a cure, and we hope, hope for a better tomorrow. We keep a positive outlook, start each day as a new day and go from there. It is what it is, and today might not change, but maybe tomorrow it will. There is ALWAYS hope.”
