They say that beauty is only skin deep, but when you look into the hearts of IC patients, you find beautiful souls and spirits who are trying to heal. How we express that is often very individual. Some patients write hard edged blogs or inspiring poetry, others paint with oils or watercolors. Some patients quilt and create lovely projects while others have found their niche in beauty! IC patient Jenna Froggy introduced Interstitial Cystitis to the nail art community with a challenge! Create a design that uses the color teal and honors IC Awareness Month!
